Hello to all. We send our best wishes in your daily activities and hope that the energy of Mother Earth always accompanies us in our collective path. We are writing this small letter to you to express the opinions, feelings and visions of various persons in our community, this under the accompaniment of the energies of the nawal Kan, which means; the energy of the internal fire, justice, truth, intelligence and peace…the cycles of time, integration, autonomy, abilities and agility of community…thank you thank you.

With the youth we continue to develop with great joy and energy in our hearts. Our We share some activities that we have done with the young people of our school in recent weeks, activities that have been a lot of mutual learning. We believe that education should be practical, with analysis and reflections from the context, the realities and the lives of the youth, that education shouldn’t only be from the perspective of the school. It should be from the home, the struggle of a village or a community. With the youth we have implemented the work of student and family gardens, with the aim of valuing and promoting food sovereignty, we have promoted community art because young people must express their feelings, emotions and thought freely and we believe that art is one of the best ways to know them and understand youth. We have had meetings with leaders in order to hear from experience the importance of being in constant struggle. For the dates 24, 25 September the group of young people of last year will be visiting the sacred temples of the Mayan people in Tikal: This trip is possible thanks to the fundraising that the same students made during the time they were in the IBNA. We have little time left until the close of this school year, which has been a beautiful year with the youth.
